About Us
Alice and Nancy live in Massachusetts, each having owned and operated their own daycare business for over 25 years. Nancy's love for vintage items and antiques combined with Alice's penchant for romantic colors, vintage jewelry and elegant embellishments make them the perfect "combination" of artists to create unique and romantic items in classic victorian style.
Their individual talents compliment each other wonderfully and they both have a great deal of respect for each other's tastes and opinions. Each work of art is planned, designed, custom made and approved by both of these artists before being released and as you can see from the collection of items in the photograph at the top - these ladies stay very busy!
Their wonderful work is sold in local Tea and Antique Shops and demand for their services has grown a great deal just through word of mouth with their services be requested to custom design Victorian florals and table centerpieces for weddings and special events.
 
You have to admire the closeness with which these ladies can work together - not all sisters could boast of such a wonderful relationship. Alice and Nancy say they have their father to thank for their many blessings as he always taught his children to be honest, patient and loving and wanted most for all four of his children to remain close. He taught his children by example and was not afraid of hard work and on the day they abruptly lost him he had been volunteering at their local hospital at the age of 86. Obviously we can tell through his children and his work that he was a wonderful Saint of a man and his children are a reflection of him that he would be very proud of. Their sister, Carolyn and brother, Bill, are also very close and have always been there for them when needed. This is a family relationship that most can only envy.

Alice has two fantastic daughters and son-in-laws, one beautiful grandaughter, age 4 1/2, and a handsome grandson, 23 months, and her precious cat, Princess. Her daughter Lynne is an incredible textile artist and hand makes fabulous heirloom quality Bridal Doilys which you can see pictured on our Home Page.

Nancy has a wonderful husband, John, who she says is "the most supportive husband you could ever ask for" and even treasure hunts with them when Alice and Nancy spend weekends haunting their favorite antique stores and flea markets! Together they have four beautiful children and five wonderful grandchildren ranging in age from 21 months to 21 years.

Skill and talent are of course essential but I also feel it's very important to surround yourself with people who are caring, thoughtful, honorable and have "heart" as is so obviously true of Alice and Nancy.
